Children’s Holiday Clubs

What should I wear?

We recommend you wear clothing that you are able to move around in, such as sports/gym wear or similar. You should also wear trainers or flat shoes with grips.

Should I bring a drink?

Please bring a bottle of water or a non-fizzy drink. It can get warm running around so you will need to keep hydrated.

Do I need to supply my child with a snack/food?

This will depend on the club itself so please check the individual Children’s Holiday Club page.

If your child is going to be at the Children’s Holiday Club for more than 2 hours, we would suggest a snack of some sort. For clubs that incorporate a lunch period, please provide your child with lunch.

In all cases we ask that your child is provided with refreshment (i.e. a non fizzy drink, preferably water).

Can I bring my own Nerf gun?

Yes, of course. You are welcome to bring your own Nerf but please ensure you put a sticky label with your name on it.

No need to bring any foam darts (ammo) we provide those.

However, we usually find the children see our choice of Nerfs and want to try ours out!

Do you offer family discounts?

You will need to check the individual Children’s Holiday Club offers as these vary.

Is there parking? Do I need to pay?

Every Leisure Centre or venue is different. Most of the venues we use have a huge free carpark.

However, please check with the venue before the event and ensure you have enough change if there is a charge for parking.

Where should I go on arrival?

Please report to Reception on arrival and they will guide you. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the club.

Do I have to bring a ticket or proof of purchase?

Please just bring proof of your ticket booking, no need to print anything, just show us on your mobile.

Please note that when you book your ticket, our ticketing system will automatically send 2 emails. 1 will contain your receipt and the other will contain your ticket and an information pdf for the specific event. The system will use the email address that you supply when you book. Sometimes people do not receive these emails and this can be due to an invalid supplied email address or your spam settings. Please check your spam folder and settings.

Do you offer repeat visitor discounts?

In a word, yes.

For all of our events and also our Children’s Parties, we email e-newsletters advising of future events and children’s parties and provide discounts of up to 20% (although a 10% discount is more usual).

However, in order to receive these discount offers you would need to subscribe to our e-newsletter. You can do this at the bottom of each of the web pages (on the left hand side). Please make sure you put your location, otherwise you may not receive the offer.

Please note: If you have previously been contacted by us via our e-newsletter, this does not mean you will still be contacted. Due to the recent GDPR legislations we have removed all contacts from our listings unless they have specifically asked to remain on our list.

What happens to my data when I make a booking?

Whizzfit will only use your data for the purpose for which it was provided. Once your booking has been fulfilled and there are no outstanding issues/reasons to continue to store your data, this data will be removed from all of our systems. We do not pass your data on to any third parties and your information is always treated with the utmost respect.

Please be aware that we do provide an option to be kept up-to-date with future events and offers and we often send e-newsletters offering discounts on our events and parties to repeat visitors. In order to qualify for these discounts you would need to subscribe to our e-newsletter. If you selected to opt in for these updates on our enquiry forms, we will continue to keep your data in a secure location in order to provide updates and discount offers.

If you did not select to be kept updated and would like to be, you can submit to our e-newsletter at the bottom left hand side of each of our web pages at http://whizzfit.wpengine.com alternatively, you can email info@whizzfit.com and we can add you to our subscriber list.
